with the mass amount of homes being rebuilt because of fires,  a post 90's renaissance is happening where brand new homes are being built off the exact same plans they were originally drawn in the 80s and 90s.

Anthony Medina Design was brought in on the project to modernize the dated exterior design while maintaining the already completed footprint.

 

The contemporary modern style plays with angles that create visually interesting views of the home.

The stepped walk way at the entry was introduced because the entire front of the house was not visible from the street nor from first pulling up to the house. This walkway points the way to a now inviting and amazing front entry.
